Through a combination of striking visuals, well-planned print materials, and a coordinated social media strategy, the opening event achieved remarkable foot traffic and engagement — boosting visits even in the following days.

Project Brief

The Challenge
Under its new management, Coffee Corner needed to make a strong comeback to the local scene — not only reintroducing itself but also convincing old and new customers to return.
The goal was to create a complete experience-driven launch, with a visual identity that reflected quality, warmth, and the Jacobs coffee legacy.
The Solution
We designed and executed a complete Grand Opening campaign that blended design, print, and digital strategy into one unified rollout.

- Creative Direction: Refined color palette, typography, and key slogan —
«Το σημείο που ο καφές γίνεται εμπειρία.»

- Print & In-store: 150×300 cm exterior banner, A2 posters, flyers, loyalty and giveaway cards, mystery envelopes with 20–50% discounts, and QR review stickers for tables.

- Event Experience: Designed the full in-store giveaway flow — visitors received envelopes with surprise discounts, boosting engagement and excitement.

- Digital Promotion: Managed Meta Ads targeting local audiences, optimized Google Review links, and handled Facebook page takeover and merge for consistent branding.
The Result
The campaign generated an impressive community response:

- The opening day was packed with visitors and returning customers.
- Engagement across Facebook and Instagram increased immediately after launch.
- Google reviews and loyalty card signups rose sharply during the first week.

The café gained a clear, consistent, and premium brand identity across all touchpoints.
