The color palette and typography were selected to echo the architecture’s simplicity and natural tones, while icons and spacing guide the reader’s eye smoothly through the content.
The end result achieves a visual equilibrium between structure and warmth — perfectly aligned with the modern yet timeless character of the Dromolaxia Residences.
It conveys credibility, attention to detail, and a strong visual narrative — helping Χ. Χατζηβασίλη Λτδ stand out in a competitive housing market.

The objective was to create a premium print and digital asset that would attract high-net-worth buyers and clearly communicate the project’s extensive specifications and luxurious vision.
We were commissioned by X. & G. Hatzivasili Construction Ltd. to design a premium marketing brochure for a new property development. The core task was to structure a large amount of project details into a sophisticated bi-fold layout that is both informative for the buyer and a powerful sales tool for the developer.
