Terms and Conditions

Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using the dvelopnet.com website (the "Service") and engaging in any project with DVELOPNET DIGITAL & WEBSITE DESIGN AGENCY M.P ("us", "we", or "our").

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and clients. By accessing our Service or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Services & Project Agreements

Dvelopnet offers a range of digital services including, but not limited to, Website Design & Development, Professional Video Editing, Creative Graphic Design, and Social Media Management. The specific scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees for any project will be detailed in a formal Project Proposal & Agreement. This agreement ensures clarity for both parties and must be signed or agreed upon before work commences.

2. Our Commitment to You

We commit to delivering the highest quality of work, adhering to the project timeline outlined in our agreement. We pledge clear, honest, and timely communication throughout the entire process. Your success is our success, and we are committed to providing a final product that meets the strategic goals we establish together.

3. Payments & Fees

Our payment structure is designed for clarity and fairness.

  • Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total project cost is required upon signing the project agreement. This secures your booking in our schedule and allows us to begin the foundational work for your project.
  • Mid-Project Payment: An additional 25% is due upon delivery of the first project draft for your review.
  • Final Payment: The final remaining 25% is due upon completion of the project. This final payment must be made in full prior to the delivery of final files or the launch of the website.

4. Recurring & Maintenance Services

  • Monthly Services (e.g., Social Media Management): Payment for each month of service must be made in advance, by the 5th day of that month, to ensure uninterrupted service.
  • Yearly Website Maintenance: This is a mandatory annual service for all websites we build and host. This service is crucial for your website's health and includes website hosting, domain renewal, regular security updates, and performance optimization. An invoice will be sent 30 days prior to the renewal date.

5. Client Responsibilities & Cooperation

A successful project is a collaborative effort. We rely on our clients to provide all necessary content (e.g., text, images), feedback, and approvals in a timely manner. Delays in providing these materials may result in a corresponding delay in the project timeline.

If a client fails to provide necessary feedback or materials for a period exceeding thirty (30) days, we reserve the right to pause the project. A project restart fee of €100 may be applicable to resume work.

6. Revisions & Feedback

Your satisfaction is paramount. Every project includes up to three (3) rounds of minor revisions to ensure the final product is perfect. A "round of revisions" constitutes a single, consolidated list of requested changes from you.

Any further revisions or significant changes outside the original project scope will be discussed and billed at our standard hourly rate of €30 per hour.

7. Intellectual Property & Ownership

Upon receipt of the full and final payment, you, the Client, are granted full and exclusive intellectual property rights to the final, delivered design assets and/or website. You own the work.

We retain the right to display the completed work in our portfolio and for other promotional purposes, which is standard practice for creative agencies. We also retain ownership of any draft concepts or design elements not chosen as part of the final work.

8. Technical Support & Project Transfer

  • Post-Launch Support: For your peace of mind, we provide a complimentary 14-day period of technical support after a website launch to resolve any bugs or issues that were part of the original project scope.
  • Project Transfer: Should you wish to move your website to another provider, we will fully cooperate. We will provide a complete backup of your website and all necessary data within 30 days for a standard project transfer fee of €100.

9. Termination of Services

  • Termination by Client: If you choose to terminate a project before completion, payments made to date are non-refundable to cover resources allocated and work already performed.
  • Termination by Dvelopnet: We reserve the right to terminate a project in cases of non-payment or abusive conduct. In such an event, we will provide a fair refund for any work not yet completed.

10. Limitation of Liability

Dvelopnet will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including loss of profits or data. Our total liability for any claim arising from a specific project is limited to the total fees paid by the client for that project.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Cyprus.
